Setting Up a New Office

The Client

A newly created Office in the public sector.

The Problem

Being recently established, the client needed to put an organisational structure in place and recruit the senior team and support staff. Due to the nature of the project, they anticipated a large volume of applications, and wanted to get the right people for the jobs whilst minimising the administration burden on the Commissioner.

Our Solution

We worked directly with the new commissioner to create an organisational structure for the office. Once that was in place, we handled the entire recruitment drive, taking the administration burden off of the client completely.

The Result

The office is up and running with the new staff in place, and we've continued to work with the Commissioner’s Office on their ongoing projects.
